Colon Therapy?

i was thinking of getting colon therapy. its very hard for me to go to the bathroom, i sometimes go by days and i dont go. I have to be constantly taking detox pills, flaxseed, and things that could make me go to the bathroom.
I heard of colon therapy and i wanted to know if any of you have done it and is it worth it? i dont care about the pain really i care about the results.
did you feel better after wards? was it worth doing it?? does it have any side effects or disadvantages?
please let me know all the 411 on it..
