Colon Care Health

I've been using Mag 07 by Aerobic Life and it has been working pretty well! But the bottle is almost emtpy and I want to try something new. Something that will get the built up waste in my colon OUT. I need something REASONABLY PRICED, prefferably something you've had success/experience with.

I don't care if it's pills or a make-it-yourself cleanse, anything!

Also-- I'm vegan so if it's a do it yourself, it can't have dairy in it!
