constipation problem and taking GNC products?

I have constipation problems and I dont usually go for 4 days. I know its not good. I started to take GNC Ultra Colon Care System which includes one bottle of ultra fiber and ultra herb and it really works great for me. I am taking it on daily basis and I could go 1-2 times a day. I am wondering if it is a product to take on daily basis or any comments on this product?
I would like to see a doctor but I dont have insurance. I am 27 years old and have constipation problem since I was a kid. This problem really bothers me if I dont go for days.
